Refund Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account within a certain amount of days.
Late Or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a store credit refund yet after your request has been approved please contact us at support@angelbeeluxury.com
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchange
For All Exchange you will be issued store credit upon receipt , please allow 2-4 business days for processing your credit , then you can purchase your new desired size or another product. All items must be in their original packaging and include your original packing slip when returning your merchandise. We will be unable to process your return without this ! We will inspect your returned item(s) once we receive it. We have the right to refuse your return if the item has been compromised or wasn’t sent in a timely manner. Once your returned item has been approved we will send you an email with angelbeeluxury store credit that can be used online or in-store and our store credit doesn’t expire !
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the buyer will receive a store credit for the value of your return, once the returned item is received. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Delivery Returns
To return your product, you should email us first at support@angelbeeluxury.com You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please use the order number on the packing slip when initiating a return Still have a question about your return , Email us at support@angelbeeluxury.com with your full name, order number, return confirmation number and we will get back to you shortly. Please note, our Customer Service team is available Monday- Friday between 11am – 6pm . If you send an email outside our regular business hours please allow one business day for a response.
Order Not Delivered Due To Insufficient Address
In the case that your order is returned to us as undeliverable, a store credit will be processed upon receipt and shipping costs will be deducted. Please double-check your address and include the apartment number before placing your order ! We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. By making a purchase on angelbeeluxury, you agree to this return policy.
